Our sole focus is to identify and present solid panel of candidates who are capable of meeting the immediate needs of your organization and contribute to its long-term success.
For our fees The Sherwood Group will:
√ Develop a company synopsis to include a detailed position specification, client management structure and culture and workplace demographics.
√ Compile a well-defined targeted list of companies to recruit from along with a candidate questionnaire, list of qualifiers and timelines for the search.
√ Recruit candidates followed by in-depth interviews designed to evaluate level of interest and potential for success.
√ Present viable candidates by providing resume, completed search questionnaire, interview summary and candidates needs in the company.
√ Schedule client and candidate interviews. Provide feedback to client upon completion of the interviews.
√ Conduct and present a written summary of reference checks and facilitate the offer of employment to the final candidate.
√ Assist final candidate in resigning from their current company and prepare candidate to deal with the possibility of a counter offer.
Fees
√ Our professional fee for conducting assignments is paid on a retainer basis. We also charge for expenses incurred on your behalf, including travel, telephone and any special services directly related to the management of your project.
Our fee calculation may be based on a percentage of the candidate's annual salary, or, we may charge a fixed professional fee reflective of the particular project that we have been engaged to manage.
