Provide feedback to client upon completion of the interviews. √ Conduct and present a written summary of reference checks and facilitate the offer of employment to the final candidate. √ Facilitate assessment testing, background checking or relocation assistance as needed. √ Assist final candidate in resigning from their current company and prepare candidate to deal with the possibility of a counter offer. √ Monitor the transition process to insure the candidate and client expectations are met insuring a successful acquisition.
