Our search process

 

Our primary focus is to identify and present a solid, short list of candidates who are capable of meeting the immediate needs of your organization contributing to long-term success.

For our fees The Sherwood Group will:

  Develop a company synopsis to include a detailed position specification, client management structure, culture and workplace demographics.

  Compile a  well-defined target list of companies to recruit from along with a candidate questionnaire and timelines for the search.  

  Recruited candidates are evaluated through in-depth interviews designed to evaluate level of interest and potential for success.

  Present viable candidates by providing their resume and the completed search questionnaire. 

  Schedule client and candidate interviews. Provide feedback to client upon completion of the interviews.

Conduct and present a written summary of reference checks and facilitate the offer of employment to the final candidate.

Facilitate assessment testing, background checking or relocation assistance as needed.

  Assist final candidate in resigning from their current company and prepare candidate to deal with the possibility of a counter offer.

  Monitor the transition process to insure the candidate and client expectations are met insuring a successful acquisition.
