Leadership
Dean Mannello formed The Sherwood Group after a successful career with Management Recruiters International where he achieved the CSAM designation, Certified Senior Account Manager, a certification that promotes the highest standards of ethics and professionalism ranking him in the top ten percent of executive search consultants nationally.
Prior to entering the executive search business, Dean spent ten years selling complex design software, hardware and services to engineering executives who led teams in high technology product development. Dean started his career in electronics engineering working through each stage of product design, development and manufacture in a wide variety of applications.
This experience gives clients an insider who understands their business strategy, competitive pressures and the importance of quality results in the search process.
Our support staff includes administrative, research and project management to insure that timelines are on track and clients receive full transparency in the search process.
