Dean Mannello, founder and principal, has been in the search business for over fifteen years having started his career at MRI, one of the largest International Search firms, where he earned the CSAM certification ranking him in the top ten percent of executive search consultants nationally.
He began his career in the Technology field and it has served as a baseline for work in Medical Imaging, Banking, Design Automation and the Search business. He followed the product life cycle moving through engineering, manufacturing, service, sales and into executive search.
